Refund policy

We want you to love your order!
Because our products are for personal use, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.

Eligible Returns

We will accept a return only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

To request a return, please email prettylittlecollective@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
We will assess the claim and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution at no additional cost.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for change-of-mind purchases.


Important Notes

  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method where applicable.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
