All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s approved payment gateways. We do not store or have access to your payment details.

Orders & Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Product availability
Errors in pricing or product descriptions
Suspected fraud or misuse of the site

If an order is cancelled after payment, a refund will be processed where applicable.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or factors beyond our control. PrettyLittleCollective is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the courier.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
