Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
As many of our items are handmade or prepared in small batches, processing times may occasionally vary. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within South Africa.
Delivery timeframes depend on your location and the courier service used. Estimated delivery times are:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any applicable shipping costs will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Delays, Lost or Stolen Parcels
PrettyLittleCollective is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service. If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in following up with the courier.
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Any re-delivery costs will be for the customer’s account.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damage so we can assist you.
